Call for New TDI Fellows

MassDevelopment is accepting applications for Transformative Development Initiative (TDI) Fellows for the four newly designated districts. TDI Fellows are the lead community organizers for economic development in TDI Districts and work as full-time employees of MassDevelopment on behalf of local partnerships.

The new fellows will serve in Fitchburg and Lawrence (3-year commitment), and Chelsea and Worcester (2-year commitment), and work to advance TDI redevelopment activities on the ground in these locations. The new cohort of Fellows will join colleagues already working on the ground in six other Gateway Cities throughout the Commonwealth. This next pool of TDI Fellows will start late summer.

Successful applicants will have at least 5-7 years of professional experience in planning, real estate, and economic development in the public and/or private sector, and have a passion for the redevelopment of small cities.
