Preservation Awards Dinner
Each May, Preservation Massachusetts holds an awards dinner to recognize and celebrate the efforts and accomplishments of those individuals and organizations that have made significant contributions to preserving the Commonwealth’s historic resources.
Since 1988 Preservation Massachusetts’ highest honor, the Paul & Niki Tsongas Award, has recognized the very best in historic preservation efforts, individuals and achievements across the Commonwealth. Our other awards include the Mayor Thomas M. Menino Legacy Award, Charles W. Eliot Award, Robert H. Kuehn, Jr. Award and the Frederick Law Olmsted Award, each honoring a specific preservation related theme, goal or project.
2019 Awards: Preservation Is...
On Wednesday, May 8, 2019, Preservation Massachusetts honored projects and people from across the Commonwealth that define the very best traits, methodologies, practices and impact of historic preservation in Massachusetts. The evening featured reception and full dinner at the incomparable Fairmont Copley Plaza, an event that traditionally draws 500 attendees from all areas of the industry and profession.
