2020 Letter of Inquiry
The Letter of Inquiry for the 2021 grant cycle is an online form. Please read the following information carefully prior to submitting your inquiry. Not all letters of inquiry will result in a full application. The helpful hints provided are for your benefit.
You may want to consider using our LOI Question & Prep document prior to filling out the LOI form below.
If you feel you are unable to complete this form online, please contact Erin Kelly (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Please be sure you are using the following web browsers to ensure that the LOI form appears correctly: Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Microsoft Edge. We discourage using Internet Explorer.
Letter of Inquiry Deadline: 5:00 PM on December 1, 2020. No applications will be accepted after this date and time.
Early January, 2021 - Full application invitations will be emailed.
Please read through all the questions carefully and answer completely.
You may wish to prepare some of your written responses in a separate word processing document. There is no way to "save" your progress once you begin filling out the form, so refining your answers in a secondary document may be a good option. We have created a helpful LOI Question Prep document that lists all the questions you will have to answer.
Be specific! The more specific your grant request and project is, the better for us to understand the need and importance of your request.
Be sure you are eligible. Please check the eligibility requirements and our FAQ section to ensure your organization and project meets the requirements for funding.
Be thorough and clear in your descriptions. This is our organization's first "glimpse" of your project and quite possibly your organization, you want to make a good first impression.
Please hit "SUBMIT" once you have entered all your answers and attached your photographs.
Be patient. Last year we received over 80 letters of inquiry and while we would love to discuss each and every project, building and proposal in detail with you, this isn't possible with our staff capacity. If you have an urgent question or concern, please email Erin Kelly (email@example.com).
