Workshops & Presentations
Education for our local partners, citizens, and grassroots preservationists is vitally important. Preservation Massachusetts (PM) and our partners all across the state and region host workshops, seminars, webinars, and conferences geared toward broadening the understanding and appreciation for historic preservation and its myriad uses, benefits and collaborators.
PM often co-sponsors workshops and presentations with other organizations and agencies throughout the year. Whenever possible, we make the presentations and information available in our archive for future reference and educational purposes. Preservation Massachusetts presents the statewide historic preservation conference every other year. In 2021, the two-day event took place virtually on September 23-24. We welcomed 336 attendees from 14 U.S. states, including: Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Texas, Virginia, Vermont, and Wisconsin.
We hosted two keynote speakers and 35 panelists in 15 breakout sessions. View session recordings HERE.
